As LTS YAZILIM DANIŞMANLIK VE BİLGİSAYAR SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("LTS Yazılım" or the "Company"), acting as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we would like to inform you about the personal data processed through the website ltsyazilim.com.

2. Personal Data We Process

• Identity: your name and surname
• Contact: your e-mail address
• Request: the subject and content of your message and any other information you share in it
• Transaction security: IP address, browser and device information and time of visit (server logs and bot verification)

Please do not share special categories of personal data (such as health information) in the message field.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Responding to your request and communicating with you
• Carrying out quotation and demo processes
• Ensuring information security and preventing spam and misuse
• Fulfilling legal obligations and responding to requests of authorised public bodies

4. Legal Grounds

Your personal data is processed based on the following grounds set out in Article 5(2) KVKK: processing is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (quotation and demo requests); compliance with our legal obligations; and our legitimate interests, provided that your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (responding to your request, website security).

5. Transfer of Personal Data

Within Türkiye: to the hosting and e-mail service providers we work with (for storing your message and forwarding it by e-mail) and, where legally required, to authorised public institutions.

Abroad: the contact form uses Google LLC's reCAPTCHA service for bot verification; your IP address and browser/device information may therefore be processed on Google's servers abroad. All other page components (fonts, scripts, images) are served from our own server. This transfer is carried out in accordance with the conditions set out in Article 9 KVKK.

The Google Maps map in the contact section is loaded only if you click "Show map".

6. Method of Collection

Your personal data is collected electronically via the contact form on our website and automatically through server logs.

7. Retention Period

Messages sent through the contact form are retained for 2 years and are then deleted, destroyed or anonymised. Security logs are retained for as long as necessary for information security and as required by applicable legislation.

8. Cookies

Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. When you reach the contact section, reCAPTCHA is loaded and Google may use cookies and similar technologies for bot verification. Google Maps is loaded only upon your click, after which Google cookies may be used. You can delete or block cookies in your browser settings.

9. Your Rights

Under Article 11 KVKK you have the right to:

• learn whether your personal data is processed and request information about it,
• learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose,
• know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom your data is transferred,
• request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data,
• request deletion or destruction of your data under the conditions of Article 7 KVKK,
• request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
• object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis,
• claim compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing.

10. How to Apply

You may submit your requests in writing to the address above or by e-mail to info@ltsyazilim.com from the e-mail address you previously provided to us, in accordance with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Your request will be concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process requires an additional cost, the fee determined by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged.
